DC Activists to Follow:
It is up to us to speak out against the worst genocide since the Second World War.
You are somebody.
Those in power and the mainstream media want you to think you’re nobody. Because they know what power you have.
But you are somebody. What they tell you isn’t true.
I was once lost, and I believed that there was no hope for a better future. I didn’t even bother to try to work towards a lasting change, I instead chose to mope around and complain. When I got organized, it was only then that hope returned to me. For the first time, I was able to see how much was possible, and that a better future may be on the horizon.
